Three Months Old

aitlyn passed the three month mark. This so far has been a busy month, she took her first swim and went on her first vacation. We visited Grandma and Grandpa Sawin and floated around in the pool. Kaitlyn loved it. For her first vacation we took her to the beach, but not any ordinary beach we found the deadliest beach on the California Coast. We spent 4 days in Sea Ranch with the Sawin family. During the vacation Kaitlyn was forced to have a bottle more often which we quickly discovered to be a problem. She was not a fan, it had to be the right temperature for her to even consider. Due to all the company Kaitlyn didn’t get as many naps as she would like. When she is tired she is cranky and when she is hungry she is cranky. Those two were pretty obvious what we didn’t know was never let her get hungry and tired together. She doesn’t like to eat when she is tired so that makes for an interesting situation. For the past two weeks Dad has been home alone taking care of Kaitlyn while Mom went back to work. After her vacation with the bottles Dad decided he didn’t like those bottles so he bought all new bottles for his little girl. Mom and Dad are both back to working full time and Auntie Jenny will be taking care of Kaitlyn. Jenny will have her hands full with her 1 year old twin Sydney and Lucas, 6 year old Austin.
