Week 5 And 6

5-and-6-weeksWeek five and six seemed to just fly by. Kaitlyn is growing like crazy and is almost too big for her newborn clothes. She is smiling all the time and sometimes it even seems as if she is giggling, it is so amazing to see. Part of me wants her to stay small forever but its fun to see her grow and develop. She started to loose some hair and it probably wont be to long before she is sporting the old man look; hair on the back and sides and not on the top. We took her 1 month pictures which turned out great. I just couldn’t decide which ones to get so I think I bought them all! We have posted them for all to see.

Four Weeks old

Week four was much like week 3. We finally got a real smile out of the little one. We have pictures on a camera which is missing so expect more pictures in week 5. The week 4 pictures may just be a little late.

Three Weeks Old

Week three went well.  It was the first full week Mom and Kaitlyn were on their own and they were pretty busy.  Tuesday we made out of the house on time for  Kaitlyn’s two week checkup.  She is doing great. At 8lbs and 21inches, she is obviously getting enough to eat! She also had her first photo shoot this week with her cousins and the pictures are adorable! We will be doing more in a week for her 1 month pictures, I can’t believe it’s almost been a month, it’s going by too fast!

Doctor Visit #2

Today was Kaitlyns second doctors appointment and the doctor said she is doing very well.  So well she doesn’t want to see us again till she is two months.  She is now 8lbs and 21 inches.  She is putting on the pounds quicker than an average baby.
